Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes — Villa Alaeddin is family-friendly. The pool has a variable depth and safety equipment is available on request. Cots and highchairs can also be arranged.
Is there parking at the villa?
Yes, the villa has private off-road parking for two vehicles within the gated grounds. Additional street parking is available nearby.
What is the cleaning and linen arrangement?
The villa is professionally cleaned before every arrival. High-quality towels, bath linens and pool towels are provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for longer bookings.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate pets at Villa Alaeddin, to protect both the property and the comfort of all guests.
Is the villa accessible for guests with mobility needs?
The villa is multi-level with steps between floors. It may not suit guests with significant mobility challenges. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Absolutely. We work with trusted local transfer companies for Dalaman (45 min) and Antalya (approx. 2 hrs) airports. Just share your flight details when booking.
Accommodation overview
Villa Alaeddin is nestled on the edge of Kalamar bay, situated just below the Kalamar road where cafés and restaurants can be found. The shops, bars and vibrant dining scene of the Old Town and harbour are around 25 minutes away on foot, and the main supermarket and beach clubs of Kalamar are all within close easy reach.
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of an open plan living and dining space for guests to enjoy. The lounge is furnished with a plush dusky teal sofa and a large white coffee table facing a flat screen television, a display cabinet and a corner standing lamp. There are two sets of sliding patio doors that open out to the pool terrace, and two large houseplants adding a pleasant touch of greenery to the space. The smart contemporary kitchen features dark grey units, a white gloss laminate worktop, and eye-catching blue fish scale tiles and is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. The kitchen space includes an island-style dining table that can seat up to 8 people, and another set of sliding doors with convenient access to the outdoor dining area and kitchenette.
Bedroom One - Twin bedroom featuring white bed linen with soft striped blankets, a flat screen TV, large floor-to-ceiling picture window, AC and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
First floor

The spacious roof terrace offers a variety of areas to relax including sun loungers, a perfectly positioned bar-style table and stools overlooking the sea and mountains and a bubbling Jacuzzi - perfect for enjoying a sundowner!
Outdoor space
The outdoor living space is furnished with an al-fresco dining set for up to 8 people positioned under a shady pergola. The outdoor kitchen overlooks the olive trees on the hillside and boasts a Pizza oven and BBQ, along with a sink and plenty of utensils to create some delicious meals. There is also a cushioned lounge set positioned next to the pool and an Ottoman-style coffee table with two chairs in a quiet corner.
The infinity pool has an adjoining shallow section for sun loungers and offers partial sea and mountain views. Sun beds and parasols are located around the pool and an outdoor shower can be found on the terrace. Pool heating is available at an additional charge.Â
